A few words about the Author...

Hello,

My name is Dr Sophie Williams, and in my daily practice I focus on treating obesity and supporting people who struggle with insulin resistance and metabolic disorders.

In my work, the most important thing is an approach grounded in medicine, while also being natural and safe: nutrition, lifestyle, sleep, recovery, movement, and the calm, consistent building of habits — without pressure and without “miracle shortcuts.”

I know that excess weight and metabolic problems are not simply a matter of “willpower.” They are often the result of many overlapping factors: fluctuations in glucose and insulin levels, chronic stress, appetite dysregulation, poor recovery, a slowed metabolism, or recurring episodes of intense hunger.

That is why I also support patients in areas such as difficulties with appetite control, constant fatigue, energy fluctuations throughout the day, abdominal obesity, lipid disorders, prediabetes, and hormonal-metabolic issues that make weight loss difficult despite one’s efforts.

My education and clinical experience have helped me develop this approach. I completed my medical studies and then continued my education in the United States, expanding my expertise in the diagnosis and management of patients with metabolic diseases. Thanks to this, I now work according to clear standards: first, I thoroughly understand the root cause, and only then do I choose the right plan of action — so that the results are lasting and the process is realistic to maintain in everyday life.

Dr Sophie Williams

Does this sound like you?

You wake up in the morning. You weigh yourself. You look at the number.

The same as a week ago. As a month ago. Maybe even as a year ago.

You’ve been on a diet. You really tried. You counted calories, you denied yourself things, you came home tired and hungry — and still you stuck to it.

And the weight didn’t move anyway. Or it moved — and came back. With extra.

And you stand in front of that mirror with the same feeling as always. Not anger. Not tears. Just a cold, dull exhaustion.

And a thought that comes back every time:

Why doesn’t it work for me?

If any of these sentences sound familiar — this E-book is for you:

— You’ve already tried diets, plans, meal plans and “starting from Monday” — and it always ended the same way

— You have insulin resistance and feel like your body is working against you

— After meals you feel sleepy, your energy crashes and hunger comes back — even though you’ve just eaten

You constantly think about food, even when you “should” already be full

In the evening, snacking comes back — at the fridge, quickly, almost in hiding — and then guilt

— Your weight stays the same, comes back, or ends with another yo-yo effect

I want to tell you one thing.

This doesn’t mean you are weak.

It means that so far you’ve been trying to lose weight with a plan that wasn’t designed for the real problem — the problem of hunger, cravings, and unstable blood sugar.

I know this pattern. I see it in my practice every week.

Every day, I work with women who struggle with obesity, excess weight, and insulin resistance.

And do you know what I hear most often?

“Dr Sophie, I’ve really tried everything.”

And they are telling the truth.

They’ve tried meal delivery diets, restrictive plans, counting every calorie, forcing workouts, more consultations, and supplements from the internet.

One of my clients once calculated how much she had spent over the years on diets, consultations, and “miracle solutions.”

It came to nearly 14,000£.

And despite that, she was still stuck in the same vicious cycle:

motivation → diet → hunger → energy crash → cravings → snacking → guilt → starting over

The worst part wasn’t that the weight wasn’t going down.

The worst part was that she was starting to lose faith in herself.

And then comes the temptation of a “quick fix”

When a woman is tired and desperate — she starts to think:

“Maybe only medication can help me now. O*zmpic. Mo*njaro. Anything.”

I understand that. Truly.

But before you go down that path — there are a few things no one talks about openly before the first injection.

Nausea that comes in waves for weeks.
Vomiting after meals.
Stomach pain in the middle of the night.
Weakness that makes normal functioning difficult.
And the yo-yo effect after stopping — because studies show that after treatment ends, on average 2/3 of the lost weight returns within a year.

Because the injection does not fix the cause. It only suppresses the symptom.

When the pharmacological brake disappears — hunger returns, cravings return, the weight returns.

That’s why I so often hear:

“I don’t want another experiment. I just want to lose weight and live normally.”

There is a reason why results don’t last. And it has a name.

There is a hormone called GLP-1. Its only job is to send a signal to the brain: that’s enough. You’re full. You can stop.

In a healthy woman, this signal appears automatically after every meal.
In women with insulin resistance — it is suppressed. That’s why you eat a full meal and an hour later you feel hungry again.

That’s why your blood sugar spikes and crashes — and that’s when cravings for sweets, energy crashes, and unbearable hunger appear, the kind that cannot be controlled by willpower.

Oz*mpic and M*unjaro work — and that’s true. They effectively stimulate GLP-1 and suppress hunger.

But they only work while you take them.

When you stop — your body goes right back to where it was.
Because no injection has taught it how to produce and maintain this signal on its own.
It didn’t build habits. It didn’t fix your metabolism. It didn’t change what happens to your blood sugar after every meal.

That’s why, after stopping, on average 2/3 of the lost weight returns within a year.

Not because the medication doesn’t work.
But because it works like a prosthesis — and when you take it away, the leg still doesn’t know how to walk on its own.

That’s exactly why I created the E-book Natural Appetite Suppressant.

Not to replace medication with criticism.
But to give you something no injection alone can give you — a plan that teaches your body how to function properly. Permanently. Without dependence on prescriptions.

Grace’s story

Grace was thirty-seven when she sat across from me.

Tired eyes. Three years of dieting, training four times a week, a year on Oz*mpic, then M*unjaro. Tens of thousands of pounds spent — and she was back at square one.

“Dr Sophie, am I doomed?”

I implemented with her exactly the plan you will find in this E-book.

After three weeks, she wrote:

“For the first time in years, I’m not thinking about food all the time.”

After two and a half months — minus 14 kilograms.

Without a single injection. Without spending a single pound on prescriptions.

“For the first time, I feel like my body is on my side.”

What you’ll find in the E-book:

How GLP-1 works and why your body has been working against you until now
You will finally understand why all your previous attempts ended the same way — and what actually needs to change.

A nutrition plan focused on stabilising blood sugar
Clear rules — what to eat, in what order, and at what times — so that hunger becomes normal, predictable, and manageable. Including a YES and CAUTION food list and a plate template you can follow without thinking.

A sample 7-day meal plan — two versions
A standard version and a low-carb version for women with larger blood sugar spikes. You open it and know exactly what to eat. No guessing. No stress.

Anti-yo-yo strategy
Based on protecting muscle and a gradual rate of fat loss. Because muscle is your metabolic protection — without it, every weight loss ends in a yo-yo effect.

Protocol for emotional eating
A simple STOP protocol that interrupts the impulse before you turn stress into evening snacking. Because it’s not a lack of discipline — it’s a learned mechanism that can be changed.

Recipe for the “Natural Oz*mpic” — a GLP-1 supporting shake 💚
This is the element my clients call their turning point.

Designed to
naturally support GLP-1 release, slow gastric emptying, and prolong satiety — exactly what Oz*mpic does, but naturally, without a prescription, without side effects, and most importantly without spending thousands.

You can find the ingredients in any grocery store. The recipe — in the E-book.

Women who start with this shake say that for the first time in years, their morning doesn’t begin with a fight against hunger.

Order now

You don’t have to start another restrictive diet again.

You don’t have to live in fear of the side effects of injections.

You don’t have to prove your willpower every day.

Your body is not your enemy.

It simply hasn’t been receiving the right signals for years.

Now it can.

E-BOOK: 50 Sweet Recipes WITHOUT SUGAR — Low Carb for Insulin Resistance

If you have insulin resistance or struggle with obesity,

you probably know this pattern: you eat something sweet “just a little”… and then the craving for more comes, an energy crash, and the thought: “why can’t I get this under control?”
The truth is — it’s not about weak willpower, but about how glucose and appetite work.

This E-book was created so that you can eat sweet foods, but wisely: without sugar, in a low-carb version, friendly for people with insulin resistance — and still feel like it’s a real dessert, not a “diet punishment.”

What do you get inside?

50 recipes for healthy sugar-free sweets (desserts in cups, cakes, muffins, bars, ice cream, sweet breakfasts, creams and toppings)
✅ Each recipe is written step by step: exact measurements, portions, time, temperature, texture, and tips so it works the first time
Smart substitutions: which sweeteners to choose, which flours (almond/coconut), which fruits are the “safest”
✅ Desserts that are actually filling — because they are based on protein, fats, and fibre, not a sugar “spike”

Why are these sweets good for insulin resistance?

Because they are designed to:

- contain no added sugar → fewer sudden spikes and crashes in energy

- have fewer carbohydrates and well-chosen ingredients → a lower glycaemic load

- be based on protein and healthy fats (skyr/cottage cheese/eggs/nuts) → greater satiety and fewer cravings

- contain fibre (chia/flax/psyllium/nuts) → more stable appetite

This is an E-book for women who want to lose weight or stabilise their appetite without struggle, while still not giving up sweets.

Take a look inside — sample hits from the E-book:

- Cheesecake in a cup (5 minutes) — creamy, very filling

- Zucchini brownie (flourless) — moist and chocolatey

- Chocolate-peanut bars “fit Snickers” (no baking)

- Low-carb Cinnamon Rolls — soft and gooey

- Sugar-free caramel sauce (cream-based) — thick and stretchy

If you finally want sweets that don’t ruin your day — but instead give you pleasure and control — this E-book is for you.

Why some people regret using medications like Oz**pic and Mo**jaro for weight loss:

    Collapsible content

    Expand to Read

Medications from the GLP-1 receptor agonist group and preparations with a similar mechanism (e.g. Oz**pic, Mo**jaro and similar) can significantly affect appetite, glycaemia, and body weight. However, it is worth stating clearly: these are medications, not a “magic solution” and therefore — like any pharmacological therapy — they may be associated with side effects.

Below you will find the most commonly reported and most important adverse effects, as described in registration documentation and clinical studies:

Oz**pic (semaglutide) — most common and most important adverse effects:

    • Nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea, constipation, abdominal pain / indigestion (most common at the beginning and when increasing the dose).
    • Dehydration and deterioration of kidney function / acute kidney failure (usually secondary to severe gastrointestinal symptoms).
    • Gallbladder diseases (e.g. gallstones, cholecystitis).
    • Pancreatitis (rare but serious — requires urgent consultation in case of severe abdominal pain).
    • Hypoglycaemia (especially when combined with insulin or sulfonylureas).
    • Risk of worsening diabetic retinopathy in some patients (especially in those with existing retinopathy and when using insulin — requires ophthalmological monitoring).

    Sources:
FDA (U.S. Food and Drug Administration) — Ozempic (semaglutide) Injection: Prescribing Information / Labeling (updated 2025).
EMA (European Medicines Agency) — Ozempic: EPAR – Product Information (SmPC) (updated version).
EMA (European Medicines Agency) — Ozempic: EPAR – “What are the risks associated with Ozempic?” (description of adverse effects, including retinopathy)

    Mo***aro (tirzepatide) — adverse effects:

    • Nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea, constipation, abdominal pain/discomfort, indigestion (most common at the beginning and when increasing the dose).
    • Dehydration and deterioration of kidney function / acute kidney failure (usually secondary to severe gastrointestinal symptoms).
    • Gallbladder diseases (e.g. gallstones, cholecystitis).
    • Pancreatitis (rare but serious — urgent medical contact in case of severe, persistent abdominal pain).
    • Hypoglycaemia (especially when used together with insulin or sulfonylureas).

    Sources:
FDA (U.S. Food and Drug Administration) — Mounjaro (tirzepatide) Injection: Prescribing Information / Labeling (updated 2025; label/PI document).
EMA (European Medicines Agency) — Mounjaro: EPAR – Product Information (SmPC) (updated 2026).

The conclusions are simple and very practical: if the goal is sustainable, safe weight loss, the greatest advantage comes not from “short-term appetite suppression,” but from a stable change in the mechanisms that drive that appetite.

That is why this E-book focuses on a natural, physiology-based approach:

    - building satiety (protein + fibre + meal volume),

    - smoothing glycaemia (key in insulin resistance),

    - protecting muscle mass (so as not to slow down metabolism and not return to the starting point),

    - and habits that can be maintained for months — without the “one-week burst” effect.

This approach gives something better: real control over appetite, energy, and body weight, without the need to take on the risks and side effects of pharmacotherapy.

If you have diabetes, thyroid disease, pancreatic conditions, kidney problems, or are taking medications — consult any major changes in diet and lifestyle with your doctor. Natural methods are powerful, but they should be implemented wisely and safely.

    Frequently Asked Questions:

How will I receive the product after purchase?

After completing your purchase, you will receive instant access to the eBook in PDF format via email (sometimes it may end up in spam) provided during checkout, which you can download to your computer, tablet, or phone. You don’t have to wait for delivery — you can start reading and implementing it right away.

Will I lose weight thanks to this E-book?

This eBook gives you not only theory, but a concrete nutrition plan that realistically makes fat loss easier: you get clearly explained principles of a diet for insulin resistance and weight loss, practical meal templates, and a sample 7-day meal plan, as well as a Natural “Oz***ic” shake — so you don’t have to wonder “what should I eat?”. All of this is designed to increase satiety, reduce cravings, and stabilise blood sugar — which in practice makes it much easier to maintain a calorie deficit and lose weight.

At the same time, I have to say this honestly: results are not guaranteed, because they depend on your implementation, consistency, and health situation (e.g. hormones, medications, stress, sleep). However, if you follow these principles step by step, you have a complete set of tools that, for most women, significantly facilitate effective fat loss.

Is this E-book only for people with insulin resistance?

Not only. It is for women who want to lose weight and gain control over their appetite — both in the case of insulin resistance and when they simply struggle with excess weight/obesity, cravings, energy crashes, and difficulty maintaining a diet.

I don’t have much time to cook — will this plan work for me?

Yes. The plan is based on simple meal structures, not “cooking for 2 hours a day.” Many things are done in the style of: protein + vegetables + a simple base, without overcomplicating it. And most importantly: you implement everything gradually, not “perfectly” from the start.

Do I need to give up sweets and fast food immediately?

No. Most often, the “from tomorrow zero” approach is exactly what ends after a week. In this eBook, we do it differently: first, you set up satiety and more stable blood sugar, and only then it becomes much easier to naturally reduce sweets and snacking — without a sense of punishment.

How soon can I expect results?

The first changes are noticed by many people quite quickly in everyday functioning: reduced appetite, greater satiety, fewer cravings, and more stable energy after meals — especially when they follow the dietary principles and drink the shake according to the instructions. And weight loss depends on the starting point, consistency, and health background, which is why the pace may differ for each person.

On the page, I show photos/results of people who followed the diet and used the shake — you can also see there how long it took them to achieve their results, and this gives the best, realistic picture of what you can expect with consistent implementation.

What is this shake made of, and does it really work?

This is a smartly designed shake that combines ingredients that affect appetite and metabolism: including fibre and protein, plus an element that supports gut health. Thanks to this, when consumed on an empty stomach, many people feel that satiety appears faster and it becomes easier to stick to the plan without constantly “thinking about food.”

What is important in insulin resistance: these ingredients also help in practice to “smooth” the body’s response to food, meaning they reduce sharp glucose spikes that often drive cravings and snacking. Additionally, the shake is composed in a way that the body digests it more slowly — which is why satiety and energy can last much longer than after a typical quick breakfast.

The exact ingredients, proportions, and preparation method (so that it is filling and suitable for fat loss) are included in the eBook — intentionally presented in a way that works in practice, not just “sounds good.”
